Estive olhando as questões da prova da ANCINE/2006 e não consegui compreender a questão 86.

Modelos como ITIL e COBIT habilitam integração entre atividades e estruturas organizacionais típicas das áreas de desenvolvimento de software e de operação de sistemas de TI.
O gabarito é CERTO.
Concordo que no COBIT existe atividades relacionadas a desenvolvimento de software e operação de sistemas, mas não consigo visualizar atividades de desenvolvimento no ITIL... estou enganado?
